This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Zondervan Corporation. (“Zondervan”), 5300 Patterson Avenue, Southeast, Grand Rapids, MI, 49530.

ELIGIBILITY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Complete and submit the entry form on the entry page at www.busymomsbible.com. Only one submission per entrant is permitted. Multiple entries are automatically disqualified, and only the first submission will be considered.

The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States (with the exception of residents from the states of Florida and New York-these residents are not eligible) 13 years of age and older by 9:00 a.m. (EST) on February 10, 2010, excluding employees and immediate family member of Zondervan and their respective parents, subsidiaries affiliates and assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled. Offer void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Each entrant in the Promotion must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the entrant’s e-mail address. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a recipient submitting an entry, the recipient will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened. The e-mail account must be opened prior to 9:00 a.m. (EST) on February 10, 2010.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Promotion will commence on February 10, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (EST). The last entry will be accepted on March 5, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. (EST).

SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS

The first 5,000 entrants will receive a Busy Mom’s Bible (a “BMB”). All entries become the property of Zondervan and will not be acknowledged or returned.

All BMBs will be awarded, provided there are at least 5,000 entries, and sent on or about the day the entry is received. In the event of a tie, the recipient will be chosen randomly from among the tied entries.

PRIZES

The approximate retail value of the BMB is $25.00.

Only one BMB will be awarded per individual, family, or household. All BMBs are non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. Zondervan reserves the right to substitute a cash payment of equal value for the above. Any federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

CONDITIONS

By participating in this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Zondervan’s determination of the first 5,000 entrants, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.

Acceptance of a BMB constitutes permission to use the recipient’s name, likeness, and biography for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless Zondervan and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, attorneys, representatives and agents, including advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from any and all liability or damages arising from the administration of the Promotion and the use or misuse of the BMB received in this Promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (i) late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected or unintelligible entries, (ii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion, and (iii) any damage to the entrant’s computer and related equipment and software resulting from entrant’s downloading of information regarding the Promotion or participation in the Promotion.

Zondervan may only use the personally identifiable information obtained from the entrants in accordance with its privacy policies.

Zondervan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Promotion. Zondervan may prohibit you from participating in the Promotion or receiving a BMB if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or the representatives of Zondervan.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, IN SUCH EVENT, HARPERCOLLINS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE THEIR REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY’S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be determined according to the laws of the State of Michigan, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in the State of Michigan and County of Kent over them and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

To enter, visit the Sweepstakes page on the Busy Mom’s Bible webite, www.busymomsbible.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) at any time during the Entry Period and upload your blog link that you posted about the Busy Mom’s bible (“BMB”). To be eligible to participate, each entrant will be asked to upload the link to his or her blog where the BMB was blogged about online. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address for the entry. All entry form fields must be completed. Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries for the same e-mail address/person will be automatically eliminated without notice to the entrant.
